Ok...I want to say thank you all for being so patient with all of my testing. It finally reads the way I want it to. Sometimes I suppose you just need to play around with things untill they are to your liking. So...testing over! *smiles*.

This evening I went to the fabric store with Rachel and Cheryl to look at fabric for my formal dress. Yes, I'm having it made as I thauht it might be the cheaper way to go, and it turns out that I was right! For those of you who don't know, I'm DJing a formal dance in May and needed to buy a dress to wear. Cheryl who is one of the managers and Rachel who is Cheryl's friend took me to look at material and patterns. Of course I can't see the patterns so they described everything to me and we came up with something that in the words of Rachel, "is going to make me look hot." The dress is going to be all black, it's going to be long and flowing and over the top of the dress there's going to be a red shere jacket. The dress is going to have a V-neck and the material is going to have a satiny feel to it. Also the skirt part of the dress is going to have red inserts, whatever that means. I didnt' get that when Rachel tried to explain it but I guess I'll get to feel it when it is totally done. So altogether the dress is going to cost me about $34 for the materials and $20 to Rachel for her time in making it. She didn't want anymore than that. I should say the materials did cost me $34 as I did purchase the materials this evening.
It was kind of funny because when we were deciding colors, Cheryl and Rachel put all kinds of colors up to my face to see what would look best. Black and red won over all. I was happy as those are two of my favorite colors. Rachel put a yellow up to me and she was like, "Nope, too pale, it makes you look dead, time to go off to the funeral home." I cracked up. I was highly amused by her comments as she saw that all the other colors just wouldn't work. She had a different comment for each one. All i have left to do now is accessorize. Next it will be off to get jewelry and shoes. I can't wait...*insert sarcasm here*.

Ok, now that i have amused you all or bored you all, however you want to look at it with talk about my dress and my formal dance I'll end this and go. I'll write again soon. Like I said above, thanks for your patience with my testing.
