The Gift Of Music

i recieved something in my e-mail this morning that i thaught i might like to share with you all. After reading it I realized that it made lots of sens and fit me perfectly. I'll explain why down further after the excerpt. I have placed it behind a cut sense i now know how to do it.

Music has always and will forever be a way of expressing myself. From covering different songs
that give words to my emotions or writing my own song lyrics to express my feelings and then
singing them gives me a sense of right in a world that is so wrong. Music has always braught me a sense of peace, joy and happiness. I have no idea how I'd cope if I were never able to have music in my life. I'm thankful everyday for the gift of music and the gift I was granted to be able to sing. I have never thaught I was any good at it personally but somehow, some way, it seems to bring joy to others and for that I will keep doing so. Someone once said, "Music is my escape from this tortuous reality I call life." This is definitely true for me. When times get tough and I don't think I can go on, I turn to music, it's very therapudic.
Ok, enough about my feelings about music. I could go on and on but I won't for your sanity. *smiles*
Today I'm sitting at home doing absolutely nothing. I had the day off work so here I am. I do believe I'm going to go and find lunch though, I'm starving! After lunch, it's off to do my show on Mojo Radio and then laundry. Tomorrow's another work day. At least it's supposed to be a lot cooler, no more 102 degree days, at least not for a while I hope. Hehehehe.
