Ok for all the Harry Potter fans, i'm about to post something I read on http://sns.ly/4Rbmy8 but before i do, let me just say I had no part in the writing of this article. All of this article can be found on http://sns.ly/4Rbmy8 as I stated before. Anyone who's a HP fan should check out this article. unless of course you haven't read the books in which I must ask why not? One who has not read said books cannot call themselves a true HP fan. One more time just so you all know where this article came from the link is, http://sns.ly/4Rbmy8
Also, if you don't wish to see what is going to happen in part 2 of The Deathly Hallows please read no further as this article reviews a change in the movie from the books. One more thing, if you wish to follow where this article came from on twitter the user name is, @HarryPotterView
And now...on with the article!!!!!
Death of Snape Changed in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2
JK Rowling apparently has approved the change for the upcoming film.
Most of you have read the Harry Potter series and know what to expect, but that has all changed now that JK Rowling has approved of a change in the death of one of the main characters.
Andrew Ackland-Snow, the art director for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, told Cine Premiere Mexico a little bit about the change. Obviously if you haven't read the books, SPOILER ALERT...
“We wanted to change a bit where Snape dies. In the book, he dies on the Shrieking Shack, and we wanted to get him out from, not a conventional interior, but from that kind of box, to do it in a more dramatic atmosphere. We asked J.K. if she agreed for that to happen in there, because we hadn’t really seen it before. We made a crystal house, and you can see what happens in the boathouse from there – Are you listening Harry? -, but also the school is in flames…and she loved it. Besides, it’s a very romantic place to die. Snape dies in a extremely good way, I gotta say.”
Now to my knowledge this hasn`t been confirmed or denied by anyone else since he said it, but who knows. Personally it doesn`t seem like it will affect the movie in a major way.
What do you guys think about the change, good or bad?
`Nuff said!
CBM Insert: For those of you who are complaining of the "spoiler" in the headline, Dustin wasn't responsible for it. WE changed it when we moved it from he main. And if you DIDN'T know that Snape dies... Where the hell have you been? Don't you read? This has been well-known since the book came out in 2007. As the most popular franchise of the age, you have to be an illiterate AND living under a rock to not know that. I suppose we shouldn't tell you this but... Darth Vader dies at the end of Star Wars... and so does Yoda. Now lay off of Dustin and pick up a book.
End of article.
Now for my oppinions.
Snape dies in an extremely good way? How the hell can one die in an extremely good way? Dieing sucks! It's my belief that my Severus shouldn't have died in the first place. LOL! It's sad how Sev tried so hard to repent for becoming a death muncher, I'm sorry I mean a death eater and still in the end he doesn't get to live long enough to see the old snake-faced bastard killed. There i go again, i mean The hidious Lord I'm so high and mighty Voldemort. Yes that last sentence was supposed to sound all sarcastic. i have no nice words for ole Voldy.
As for whether i think the change is good or bad...?
i honestly can't say. I mean I'm happy he doesn't die in the shreeking shack, Snape dieing in a place that is almost romantic is how I'd like to go, in a romantic setting. LOL!
I can't wait to see the second part. I don't really want to watch Severus die because, well, He's my favorite character. yes he's dark and mysterious and you really don't know which side he's on but it's my oppinion that he's just misunderstood. When the actor was chosen to play Severus Snape, he was chosen well. Alan Rickman truely is an incredible actor.
Ok, this entry is done, finished, no more to be written.
I'll be back again with another entry soon. I do have some things to write about. I know i say that every time and I will eventually get to them.
