Last Day Of October

For those who don't celebrate that one, HAPPY LAST DAY OF OCTOBER!
Ok, I'm done messing around with that now, and now on with the entry...
Class is going well. I just finished my sixth week and it's getting down to the last wire. I'm both excited and nervous. I was doing some work at The Again Thrift Store for the first part of my OJT, (on the job training). Even though my job there is finished, they told me i can still go there and volunteer and i think I will. They were so nice there and I will miss them terribly. Donna who was my boss asked me for a CD of me singing so I burned her one. She is going to check it out and if she likes one of the songs on there she asked me if she could play that song of me singing at her wedding. I was excited about that, I of course told her she could. My next OJT site will be The Salvation Army, I'm not really sure how I feel about this one as I was told what my job will more than likely be there and it doesn't excite me at all to be doing the same thing for three hours straight for two weeks straight. I was told that I will be straightening clothes on racks, ok all fun and good but I would like to be able to do other things as well. I can handle more than just that. I am not an incompitent person. I may be blind but I'm not helpless, I am able to do much more than that. I'll just have to see how things go there I suppose.
I will be starting my internship on November 15th. I'm going to be doing this at Land To Air! Now that one I am definitely excited about. I had a mini interview with the manager, Jason and he said that he thinks I will fit in there nicely. My jobs there will be to answer the phones, help with reservations, helping to keep the office clean and what ever else he asks me to do. At the end of 6 weeks, we will see if i end up getting hired. I'm really hoping i do as it would be a fun place to work. Jason is so nice too.
Tomorrow is the first of November, i can hardly believe it! I have already seen comercials for Xmas stuff on TV. It hasn't even been Thanksgiving yet people, give it a rest till then at least?
Well, i hope that everyone had a happy and safe Halloween/Samhain. I didn't do much at all, all I did was stay home and we ordered pizza for dinner. I did go sing this morning but that's about it. Oh and the Hallmark channel showed a marathon of The Munsters and The Adams Family so I watched some of those shows. It's been forever since i've seen either one of those shows. I also did a show on Mojo Radio, The Vampire's Ball which turned into the Halloween Ball. That was pretty fun, lots of music and ghost stories.
Ok well i'm off for now. I'm so tired and I still have things to do before tomorrow. I'll write again soon.
